Engraving Details

Our top quality name plates are professionally engraved up to 70 characters to give you plenty of room to select your text.
If we experience any difficulty with your text we will contact you.

We can print on foil plates for a lower cost of 15p each for 100 or more awards with a logo. £10 setup fee.
We are 100% accurate with copying names and can import text file lists for team trophies.

You can add your generic text to your ordered item and we will fill in the NAME area with the list you send by email.

Club Badges

We can add a full colour printed club badge to most of our awards that have a round 25mm centre holder.
Use the link in your order receipt to send your logo. 400 x 400 pixel .jpg is optimal.

The cost per badge is 20p each for a full colour printed 25mm round centre with an acrylic dome.

We can only add badges to awards that have enough space or have a recessed holder on the award.

Laser Engraving

We can laser engrave images and text onto glass and crystal awards and tankards.
The price is usually £10 per item with a £15 setup fee, waived for orders over 10 items.
Send us a black and white image as an Illustrator AI file.
If you have a pdf, png or jpeg file we will need to redraw your image with a £15 fee.

Large Order Lead Times

We can engrave and badge up to 80 trophies every day.
160 trophies will take 2 working days to complete, 400 trophies will take 5 working days to complete.
Stock ordering and delivery adds 4 working days.
As an example, ordering 500 trophies on a Monday morning, you can expect them to be delivered two weeks on Friday.
Please allow a full week before your presentation date to check all your awards so they can be replaced if necessary.
We take customer care seriously. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure they order in time for their presentation.
We send each batch from 20kg to 30kg for £16 per consignment which can be in multiple boxes.
Although delivery is free for small orders over £100, charges for over 55 awards are additional to the overall price and will be calculated once we have all your awards in store.
