Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept PayPal, Visa and MasterCard card payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

Our standard UK mainland 10 day delivery price is £5.99 for up to 15Kg which will cover at least 2 teams of trophies.

For international orders we will weight and measure the parcel and contact you with courier quotes from £12 for Europe to £200 for Mexico.

We also have a packet cost for single medals to reduce carriage costs to our customers wanting medals and ribbons.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally send your order to you in 7-10 work days. Orders placed after 10am will be processed the next working day as we have to place orders to suppliers by 11am.

We offer priority services for urgent orders of 5 days. We cannot accept club orders of 55 awards or over on the 5 day service. To make sure we know about your priority order please call so we can check stock and make sure staff are aware of your priority. You agree that failing to call could put your priority order at risk of non-delivery of the required date.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

International orders are generally received in under 15 days. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Timings of national postal worker strikes are well advertised and we cannot guarantee normal services for a week prior to, or a week beyond the strike date. The delivery network will be under greater strain than normal on the lead up to the strike day and up to a week beyond strike days so we ask that you plan your order accordingly.


Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will contact you or send you an upgraded size. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

We are not VAT registered so we cannot produce a VAT invoice

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

ABUSIVE TELEPHONE CALLS
Malicious, abusive, or threatening calls are a criminal offence. Abusive behaviour, including verbal abuse, can have serious long-term effects on the health and wellbeing of staff. Verbal abuse is never acceptable and will not be tolerated.
Our staff are not willing to be spoken to in an abusive manner, and although we would like to assist, we will be unable to do so should the abuse continue, and we may have no option but to terminate the call.
Terminating a call should not viewed as lack of our ability to deal with your enquiry with all calls recorded.
A report will be made for persistent malicious calls and escalated for a Police response and copied to the county FA.

Privacy Policy

Football Trophy Shop do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

If you log in to an account, your logged-in status is recorded in a temporary cookie. If you select the 'Remember Me' Option in the checkout, a cookie will be used to remember your details. Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

You are entitled to return awards within 7 days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery if the entire order is returned. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. Engraved plates and printed badges are non-returnable and non-refundable as they cannot be re-used.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
